Mental Health Space

Mental health is undeniably one of the most crucial conversations of our time. My own journey with understanding it began nearly 18 years ago. In the beginning, I was hesitant to speak openly about it. However, after experiencing severe clinical depression three years ago, I’ve embraced vulnerability and no longer shy away from sharing my story.

Since 2022, I’ve been taking small but meaningful steps to spark dialogue around these often-stigmatized topics. These conversations have become an integral part of who I am. I will always stand as an advocate for mental health and remain committed to learning, growing, and supporting others on this journey.

Connectionhood Reflective Planner

Earlier this year, I was thrilled to introduce my very first book/reflective planner, Connectionhood. This book was created as a tool to help people build deeper, more meaningful connections—with themselves & their connections. It served as a guide for self-discovery, personal growth, and mindful reflection, designed to empower individuals on their journey towards emotional well-being.

Through Connectionhood, I invite others to pause, reflect, and connect on a deeper level, both with their thoughts and the people who mattered most. Its more than just a planner—it is a space to nurture mental health, embrace one’s journey, and create lasting bonds.

I believed that true connection starts within, and Connectionhood was my way of helping others unlock that potential, one page at a time.

The Real Deal Podcast - Season one

The Real Deal Podcast is one of the most purpose-driven projects I've ever created available on Spotify & YouTube. There’s something incredibly powerful about vulnerability—and I’m so grateful I chose to show up as my most authentic self. Through raw and unfiltered stories from my own life, I’ve opened up about everything from generational trauma and personal growth to navigating life in conservative communities, understanding self-care and self-love, and even questioning societal norms and our own limiting beliefs. Long Distancing - YouTube Show

"Long Distancing" was a heartfelt project—a limited episode series published on YouTube where I had the privilege of interviewing individuals from diverse professions such as international sports, movies, stand up comedy, photography, law, independent artist & entrepreneurs who generously volunteered to share their journeys, experiences, and insights.

It was my third initiative in contributing to mental health and stress management awareness. At its heart, Long Distancing was about creating a safe space for individuals to open up about their professions—the unique stresses they encounter, and the ways they navigate and overcome them. To balance the depth of these conversations, the series also featured a light-hearted segment, offering guests a moment of fun and a refreshing escape from the more serious discussions. Conversation starters in collaboration with Rashmi

There are times when we feel lost—especially when we're trying to make sense of ourselves. The answers don’t always come easily, and often, they’re not easy to articulate either. To help spark deeper self-reflection and meaningful conversations, I created a set of conversation cards. These were beautifully brought to life with calming illustrations by my talented artist friend, Rashmi Radhakrishna.

As part of this collaborative project, I also hosted a giveaway. Participants who engaged with all the prompts each day stood a chance to win a special gift. In the end, two thoughtful souls were chosen as winners and received something meaningful in return. Here’s a glimpse of what the conversation cards look like.

Thought Cards in collaboration with Avvyakta

This was my very first project where I began expressing my genuine thoughts on various aspects of life. I created thought cards, each paired with beautifully illustrated mandalas by Avvyakta, adding a touch of calm to the otherwise heavy reflections. Here’s a glimpse of what the thought cards look like.
